Are there any sensible iPod integration options for an 07 Vogue S/C? Ideally, I'd like to see track/artist on the touch screen and/or dash display, plus be able to use the steering wheel controls to skip tracks. Selecting playlists on the touch screen would be good too.

I currently have a Denison flylead that attaches to the Aux port and select tracks from the iPod direct.

This works so I am not really up for spending a bajillion squid on re-engineering the car, but a couple of hundred sheets would be well worth it.

I barely use the CD changer so something switchable that used the CD controls would be sufficient for me.

You'll be after the LR iPod integration kit (aka ACM) - part number LR004806, about £350 + fitting.

i have just done this on my 07 SC works fine suspends the CD player but there is a switch to chose in between Ipod/USB or CD - sorry for my bad english....

btw the kit was 254 Euros only here ..... + fitting...

Had this fitted, replaces CD with switch on unit in glove box, gives choice of 5 playlists and play all, shows details on screen and can use controls on steering wheel, but can not search, scroll or select, just skip, unless I am missing something, sounds good though No body told me there would be days like these

i had the lr ipod kit fitted at hunters guildfors
1st class job and works superbly.
also being OE should it mess up the electrics LR cannot blame on aftermarket components..

Might I ask where the IPOD actually goes please? Is there a cradle for it or something? Probably important as well, which type of IPODs would fit any cradle or bracket?

Just drop it on the glovebox compartment.

All the connections will be there, and as it's integrated in the vehicle system you'll control it via the center screen.
