How do I clear the EML on my 05 4.2 SC please ?

I've carried out a battery disconnection hard reset and that has cleared the EML BUT now the display screen just shows the Land Rover logo and wont respond to any of the switches, stereo etc, all else works perfectly - what do I do next please ?
