Anyone else NEST??

Just bought one for the house as the old timer runs on batteries and is peeving me off as it chews thru them sometimes and other times lasts for ages but its got a mind of its own lately and is in a poor location for sensing actual temprature.

Have thought about the Smoke/CO alarm one as well but would want one with the wave disablement still enabled but this isn't something you can do now they are turning it off for everyone Sad

I have seen other wireless stats/timers about but it just looks like the neatest and most thought out design and the fact i dont have to get up off me butt to change it is even better Very Happy FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

At the mo it's £179 including fitting, after Tuesday I believe that goes to £239 with fitting or £179 without. Sure I could do the fitting but why bother at this price Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

Interesting..... Just watched the video. Is it not better to have individual thermostatic controls on every radiator and set them to the desired temp and just switch the boiler off/on when required? Previously..

To a certain extent but the way we use the system often means even in winter it's not on for more than 30-40mins a day Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
