TPMS

I have tried looking at my tyre pressures in the service menu a couple of times (cold tyres first thing in the morning) and it shows zero for all wheels. Is this the next thing I have found that doesn't work or am I doing something wrong? You can't look at them on the move because the service menu only works with the engine off and ignition on. I have not yet tried it at the end of a journey but that would not be much use anyway as the tyres would be hot then.

Anyone else got this option?

5.0 I have the option and I can also see the 0's. When I checked it after a journey last week it had all the individual pressures. The manual advises to check the pressures 3 hours after a journey when they are cold, strange as I drove my car 4 hours ago Shocked

Ok thanks. I will give it a go after a journey. It's sounds like there is a very small window of time in which the display works which is a bit pointless.

The LR TPMS is useless , just a back up if you have a major issue , i had accurate TPMS on cars 8 years ago that worked all of the time and were accurate Sad

To be honest if i had known how crap it was i would have said leave it off my build on the AB Far to many gone...

My TPMS on the 4.2 worked very well. I had a slowly deflating tire so it warned me every few weeks when our was time to take my small compressor out. Also it warned me for my two flats before driving of. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!
