Help - rattle with seat belt

Hi folks,

I've had an annoying rattle come from the front passenger seat for ages. I think I've narrowed it down to 2 things. One is a plastic seat cover with broken clips (asked Dan for a price) and the other is either the nut HN1 in the diagram below or something near it which needs tightening. Before I ask the dealer to fix this (which involves cost as it's not warranty related), can anyone here let me know if this is an easy part to access and fix for a non-technical able person like me?

Is it easy to remove the pillar trim and get to this part and fix or because it is seat belt related, just let the dealers or a indy fix it?

Thanks all

are you sure its not the passenger seat belt receiver / socket tapping against the cubby box / seat cover the part attached to 60045 on your pic. Mine was tapping and the cure was a dealer installed soft pad - looks like the Velcro loop soft sided material stuck to the seat belt socket

Thanks Vogue, went out to double check and already have that Velcro piece in both passenger and driver sides. The rattling noise is definitely coming from the passenger side closer to the door and this seems a bit loose compared to the driver seat belt bolt. Tried putting silicone spray in case but no change. MY11 Vogue 4.4 TDV8 - "African Queen"
