Help!

sat up all night, got pictures off phone, into photo bucket, resized, into My Gallery, cant get them posted, is this just a site and a way to do it, or am I getting it wrong, all i wanna do is post pictures, but wont let me copy, so as to paste in new post! Help! No body told me there would be days like these
