I want put a set of Cooper LTZ's on a set of spare wheels I have and will probably buy them from one of the site sponsors.
However the problem I have is that after ringing around a couple of tyre places close to where I live they say they wont fit the tyres for me unless I've bought the tyres from them

Any Cheshire or S. Manchester members who know of or can recommend a tyre fitting place who'll fit tyres brought into them.

I don't want to buy a set of tyres I cant get fitted.

I got Barry Wilkinson in Leyland to fit my tyres, £15/corner. But I think they are part of a larger group. Geoff

The issue for most is if they are new or not - if they are new and you have invoice etc most will fit them but if used they won't touch them as they are regulated and by fitting the tyres "own the risk " as in if one has a blow out and causes an accident. Few years ago a couple of pints was the going rate but those days are gone

My local malvern will usually swap mine about, but its a bit far from you, thinking latterally have you tried a wheel refurb place, less "big company" than the national tyre fitters and they have all the kit. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
