There are a few huaqvsna's and still ones on there for 200 quid. Which i don't think is a bad price.

I have a husqvarna 435 with a 15 in bar which I use for firewood have used it for two years and never failed me. My father loves his mcullock saws and has just bought a new 18 in one as they are now owned by husqvarna. I think he got his mail order from world of power. |

Thanks guys, we started laying the drive hedge yesterday....hard work without a chainsaw and saying brrrrrrrrr while using the bowsaw doesn't help! If it dont work.......burn it!

For what you're planning, I wouldn't go above 18" bar.

Would have to say that over here both Stihl & McCulloch aren't any where near as good as they were 20 years ago. Had both but wouldn't buy one now. Probably go for a Husky now.

for a small saw i would go Sthil for over 65cc i would go Husky.
