Afternoon

I am on my third starter motor in a couple of years. This one was fitted in December and it is already not starting.

Literally you turn the key and the starter clicks in (solenoid clicks in??), but will not turn the car over.

It has been the same fault every time and it has always been cured by fitting a new starter motor. Surely there is something else going on? Is anyone aware of a pattern or fault with these?

Also, my little yellow engine light keeps coming on, does anyone know what this is? How often do you guys tend to have yours serviced?
