Hi I have been using the drilled and slotted discs (bridpart DA4609) with EBC pads on the front of my FFR for about 5/6K miles and they seem fine. You will get some droneing sound on light braking which comes from the discs rather than the pads in my view. Not sure how they wear though. |

Cheap and brakes are not two words that should go together in my view |

my previous owner fitted various mods, and one being front drilled and slotted discs. avoid them! they have a horrible at high speed pedal noise as the holes pass over the pad, like something is wrong! not what you want to 'feel' at the moment of panic. I shall be changing them back to solid next pad change.
