I have for sale the OEM Land Rover bike carrier for the full fat. If you don't already know, this fits to the tow armature and can be secured with a padlock. Like most things made by LR it's absolutely bomb proof and a great bit of OEM kit.

Can this be used with a tow bar while towing a caravan?

Not unless you modified it some how, if you used the end plate on your original tow bar I could see it working, since this fits into the armature itself then that would prevent the use of your tow bar.
