Air Con Blower isn't working as it should

My air con blower isn't working via turning the control knob as it should. It seems to be working when pressing other buttons ie both the lights and blower are increasing/decreasing Whistle I know from stripping the unit down that the physical mechanism is operational ie the spline which turns the connection is turning as it should. I doubt it's a fuse as surely the blower would not be operational at all? Is my unit gone? I've tried two different fascia's with two different sets of 'knobs' so I can only assume its nothing to do with the physical mechanism.

I've posted this in the maintenance and modification section before but no one was able to provide any assistance Big Cry

I would really appreciate it if anyone would take the time to have a look at my videos and give an opinion.

Thanks for the reply Stan Thumbs Up problem is I've tried another knob which I know is working perfectly and still nothing is happening Big Cry

I also know it's not a fuse and no error codes are showing up on my friends diagnostic machine.....

I've also tried a different rear board which also didn't work so I'm pretty lost as to what it could be Censored

I had thought about putting it into an auto electrician, but I absolutely hate giving my car to people to fix it'll end up with a damaged dash or chipped fascia going with several experiences I've had in the past with reputable garages Now: BMW 640d M Sport, Alpine White

strange that another panel does the same...you've obviously checked the connections [bent pin?] and the wiring?

what about a battery reset.. ... - .- -.

Yes connections have been checked and everything looks fine Confused Also visibly checked the wiring and nothing looks untoward albeit I haven't done any testing with a multi meter!

Very irritating I have thought about buying another unit but I can't see what's wrong with the current one so not sure that'll help either as everything else currently works perfectly and blower and LED's adjust perfectly with other buttons just not that knob Evil or Very Mad Now: BMW 640d M Sport, Alpine White
