Hello

Issues –

1. Car refuses to lock

2. Boot broke and refuses to open

3. Car in to the Main dealer for 2 weeks.

** 2 weeks for what. Was it poor service or something majorly wrong with the car?

You should be protected from even very minor defects considering the cost of the car

Key cases:
Rogers v Parish [1987] QB 933, [1987] 1 WLR 353 (CA)
Lamarra v Capital Bank plc 2007 SC 95)

Amusingly, all of the relevant consumer protection precedent is based on cases concerning Range Rovers Laughing
Let me know if you need full case transcripts, I have access to them. ** also anything to do with Sale of Goods in general **
