From memory and in exchange from GAP and if I remember correctly you can ignore most of the errors. (If I get the chance will dig out backup info on this...)

I get most of these back from my IID if I do a full scan. Clear them and they come back Wink

The side marker ones probably relate to LEDs ?

The ones I haven't seen before are for the headlghts..... .

I wasn't quite accurate about not needing to worry about all of them!

Direct from Patrick at GAP:

Quote:
“3505 Unknown (Engine)”
Glow plug relay failure - glow relay defective. This one should be investigated if your engine is hard to start when cold. ((oh - this might answer my hard to start thread, although it has taken a while for it to surface)) The relay is in the big black box of goodies in the engine bay - see RAVE

“0404 Unknown (Engine)“
Extended fault path exhaust gas recirculation governor deviation - negative deviation. Are your EGR blanked?

"BD EBV Function Fault Received from ABS ECU"
We’ve seen this fault on other vehicles also. It may disappear after a while (when a clear fault is done of course). Check your ABS ECU’s fault to see if there is something in there, if not, leave it alone.

“BF Instrument Pack Checksum Incorrect (?)”
This error will not affect the functioning of the IPC and can be left alone. Did you check the fault before and it wasn’t there or did it appear after a diagnostic session with a T4? This can sometimes happen when a configuration is changed inside the IPC. To solve this, you can change a configuration (for example, Park Heating) in the IPC Car Config function. Come back to us with the results if you decide to try.

"8E and 8F Right/left Side Marker defective"
Your LED’s are causing these faults. The LCM thinks the lights are burned out since the current draw is significantly lower than with incandescent lights.

"23-Key 2 random code tolerance increased"
We’ve seen many RR with this errors including our 2005, nothing to worry about.

If you send an email to GAP, they can respond on the others Thumbs Up .
