I think that is at the Houston Aquarium. Train ride runs around the site and through the carpark. Not sure why the train driver did not stop as they are manned and surely he could see it from some way off There is a difference between knowing your sh!t and knowing you're sh!t

Good point, but I also can't see why the car driver didn't move. The car wasn't blocked and could have gone forward or back. |

I think it was parked there... Ok, the car drivers fault for parking stupidly (but they could have been old I guess) but surely the train driver should have taken more notice... |
