yes they are xenons and the blueish tint is probably the flash reflection from the camera... |

Hey Stan, I think its not the flash but rather the headlights. I have seen these headlights on a RR in Expendables 2 (The one Van Damme rides in).

The plastic lens on the headlight can give the headlights a blue look, but they are white lamps, not blue Discovery 4 HSE

Yeah stan you might be right, I was trying to get at the fact that the DRL's might be blue-ish because I have seen that before on at least 2 other different Range Rovers and kind of liked them, think they go nicely with Zambezi Silver

i think it all boils down to what leds are in the headlights, normal xenons are 4300k which give a warm white colour and it could be possible that the drls are 6000k which gives a slightly bluer colour which might be amplified by the headlight lense..

Ahhhh Okay now that makes a little more sense. In order to increase the intensity of the LED's would just swap for a more intense HID bulb or swap the LED's? Sorry if I sound dumb but I'm really not privy to this sort of information, hence this post ahaha. RRUK seems like you're right mate BTW have you guys ever done a conversion yourself? If so I'm having issues with headlight plugs that I'd love to spam your PM box about ahaha Zambezi Silver Range Rover (2010 Autobiography Facelift)

Hey Stan, I'm actually doing the front end conversion on my 04, and am buying a pair of Xenon headlights and just wanted to know what that whole blue tint was about, and thanks to you dear sir now I know ahaha. I think I'll try to find some decent 6000k bulbs, any preferences when it comes to buying those bulbs (like price wise and brand wise)? Zambezi Silver Range Rover (2010 Autobiography Facelift)

Gotcha, thanks Craig. BTW do you use the PowerfulUK headlight conversion looms for your facelift conversions or do you use some one else's looms, I'm thinking I'll go with what you use on your conversions (go with the pro ahaha). And is 600GBP a good price for a pair of headlights including shipping?
