ios5 bluetooth won't autoconnect

I upgraded by iphone 4 to ios 5.0.1. Since then I have to ask my iphone to connect to my 07 RR every time I get in - D'oh!

I understand Apple have said their bluetooth on ios 5 is completely backwards compatible. I think maybe it isn't. There doesn't appear to be a downgrade back to ios 4.3 now that I've updated the baseband of my iphone. I don't expect apple to fix it anytime soon.

Does anybody's iphone 4 with ios 5 autoconnect properly with the nokia bluetooth module now?

Can the disco 4 bluetooth module replace my FFRR module and would it autoconnect with ios 5?

Wiggs ( Bow down ) kindly flashed my bluetooth module to the latest version last year and bluetooth worked with my iphone like a dream until I upgraded to ios 5.

Anyone any ideas?

I've tried deleting pairings and repairing and issue remains. Is there any point in disconnecting the RR battery aswell as resetting my iphone? - hard reset underway as I type.

I've to keep connecting with my iPhone 4, but have yet to get the Bluetooth updated. Think I'll wait till I get the iPhone 5 (whenever that is released) Rolling Eyes
