Creaking steering

My 02 Vogue has developed a creaking/clicking noise when turning on full lock to the left. It only happens for the last 3/4 of a turn of the steering wheel. When turning back to straighten up the is no noise. I have replaced the lower suspension arm with no improvement. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so how did they cure it. Any help would be appreciated.
