DAB / Digital Radio Options?

There's been much discussion about the Digital TV switchover but the Digital Radio switchover planned for around 2012 hasn't been mentioned (that I can find!)

I can cope with loosing TV, and tbh wouldn't really consider spending 5-700 on a BMW digital TV tuner but to loose the radio would not be a good prospect.

Can one buy a DAB tuner to replace the current Radio Module?
