were there any std trims that came with rear DVD ent or was it always an option?

when did TR come in?

MY10 launched the 4.4 TDV8 and gen 1.9 software (TFT dash etc) 8 speed ZF box etc. keyless start ...

At one point in time Vogue SE specs came with RSE, not sure when, think it was before my10.

Think TR came in around MY08 ? it was on my 07 Sport, so maybe have been earlier.

The Vogue SE spec changed in 2008.

Up to 2008 the Vogue SE had every option that you could tick on it as standard almost. After 2008 certain things such as the rear seat entertainment became an option, hence not that many of them have it.
