The 2011.5MY JLR Document says otherewise.

So you say.....

I have hardly seen any 2012 black light models with the darker colour grill. (other than you eBay ad)

99% of 2012 look have Silver Grilles and my point was the later grille is a different design with three vertical bars and a flat top to each horizontal row.

Jupiter Grille's were never available on the Grey light model's. FACT.. So, they were launched with the black light cars. FACT..

Your earlier statement said the black light models were only ever available with the 3 bar nobel plated grill. WRONG..

There is some question over your and Trommel's interpretation on 2011.5MY & 2012MY and mine... I say potatoes you say potaaatoes...

Jupiter Grilles were the newer 3-Bar grilles anyway launched with the 2011MY a different colour but not a different style to the Noble ones. Jupiter Grilles do not signify a 2012MY car.

On the point of the newer grille I have never seen an older Jupiter 5 bar style grille on any 2012MY "black" look factory/unmodified car. I understand you are saying that you think they were fitted to Vogue/Vogue SE 2012MY between launch and April 2012 when Westminster was launched to replace Vogue/Vogue SE (http://www.landrover.com/content/gb/en/pdf...12_GWS.pdf) but I have never seen this on JLR documentation or on any car on the road or advertised.

That is a 2009/2010/2011 SC or AB with a Noble Mesh Grille... Standard fit grille insert as stated before on all AB SC & Westminster models from 2009 to 2012!

A 12MY Vogue or Vogue SE came with a Jupiter grille with gloss Narvik black surround. If it had the Autobiography Design Pack it obviously wouldn't have a Jupiter grille and vents.

If you don't believe the brochures and press releases, just look on Auto Trader or the Land Rover Approved site.

The 11MY press shot above is most definitely an Autobiography and most definitely does not have a Jupiter grille.
