Correct for one repair sir! Well it's for the ignition - the graphite has worked in other vehicles before.

Yeah....well that appears to have cured the "key not turning problem".
Someone had suggested WD40 but I think that would eventually dry out and attract dust!

Members of my family own their own business and have been Master Locksmiths since 1978.

I am always told to use graphite and not oil in locks.........dirt sticks to the oil, wheras graphite is "dry".

Not sure about the 2nd fix........something to do with fabric perhaps ? Looks like the plastic bits fit together and maybe clamp something ? 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

Are they for the seatbelt? To keep the clip from sliding too far down the belt? Previously..
