The New RRS configurator which was also down is now working so why no L405? |

Perhaps they are getting to them one by one. Let's hope 405 is up shortly. Main dealers aren't happy - spoke to one yesterday as I happened to be there for something else and salesman says life is difficult - not only no configurator, they can't even get any brochures and have not had any for weeks. Having to use the internal ordering system to create build sheets to answer anyone who wants to know about options etc. - not designed for customer use as anyone who has seen one will agree. Sounds like an almighty **** up to me, no excuse for not implementing a web site and POS material ready to switch over as soon as new specs go live. In the US and other top end markets, customers are walking to Mercedes and other brands which are ready to deliver . ...JLR can't expect the sales run to continue forever and this really doesn't help the reputation....
