Looks like a taxi from a Middle Eastern country ( I think it is that region where they are always black and white) .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember

White with a black roof looks good on some other models, like the Evoque, but it just looks bad on this.... Previously..
