What a great idea- in theory. It was brought out for small purchases like newspapers etc and works up to (I think) £15.

I use it all the time here in Oz for any thing under 100 bucks , might need to cary a sheet of lead now though 2008 MY Supercharged

Couple of months back my wife received a call from her bank to say that her card had been compromised. It was a contactless card and she was informed by the bank that someone had tried to use it in eastern europe which was not possible.
