A fairy liquid solution is also a good way to find leaks< just like when you were a kid fixing punctures on your Grifter. Discovery 4 HSE

Definately sounds like your suspension airbag has a split in it Sorry mate!

I never actually had a Raleigh Grifter, it was slightly before my time, then BMX's came out so I got one of those.

It appears to be the valve, not the air bag.
