Hi All, new to this site, some very good information posted by knowledgable people, thank you in advance.
My problem is :- l322 td6, 2004.
Had a recon box fitted, have not done many miles, (20-25k ) going up through the gears is ok, changes up fine.
When cruising in top gear kick down goes out of gear but not into gear, it remains in neutral and the revs go up, drop the revs and it engages gear with a clonk.
Any help much appreciated.

Try lubricating the gear linkage under the car , they get gummed up and stop engaging properly . 2008 MY Supercharged

I just think it is possibly the valve assembly, but not sure if that would cause this problem.
