2003 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Java Black
Found one

I've been to view one today and agreed a sale:

2004 TD6 Vogue
Black with Grey Leather, 97k Miles it also has the 20 inch wheels on.

I went over everything extensivly, and it drives fine, everything works as it should, with the exception of, the steering wheel adjustment, when you turn the ignition on it comes out as normal but if you try and adjust it to move up or down it doesn't work, just wanted to know the rough cost of sorting this?.
Also it only has one Key so I would want to get another one, I'm guessing £200 ish?.

I also have a couple of things I want to do to it anyway, so any advice about where to go for them would be great:

I want to get iPod connectivity on it, it still has the earlier BMW style Sat Nav so any recommendations for which type of iPod kit to go for would be great, also someone to fit it.

Next is a Remap, can anyone recommend a repuatable tuner for the TD6 in Surrey/SE or London?.

Good for you.

This link shows RRUK selling a motor that sounds like it might be relevant to your steering column query... £175 plus labour or fitting yourself.

Thumbs Up

Try Baris for the ICE upgrade. He did mine and I'm very pleased with it.

Thanks for the advice everyone.
One thing that made me decide on this one is it has had a replacement torque converter and the Gearbox reconditioned, it did feel very smooth and good so at least that's one thing that won't be keeping me worrying!!.

It's a pain I missed the Key order, I really could do with having a spare.

Nappler,

Replacing the steering wheel tilt motor is very simple, anyone with a set of screwdrivers and allen keys can do it, I've also documented how to get at it in this thread:

If you fancy it, drop me a pm- Free Postage!
