Did anyone see the article on overlanding an L322 in Russia?

Very interesting article. It's in the October issue of Land Rover World.

I went a little out of my way this past week to purchase this issue at an international press shop at the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (railway station) specifically because of this article (I enjoy reading about people using the RR the way it was meant to be used and saw the preview in the Sept issue). And I nearly dropped my coffee cup while reading the article this morning:

"Both my favourite and simplest mod was the GAP Diagnostics Electronic EAS Controller, which gives you full control over the ride heights assigned to each of the three driver selectable height settings. The biggest advantage is it increases the maximum possible off road height by up to three-inches..." (P.36, Land Rover World, Oct. 2013)

The author devotes an entire paragraph to the EASControl and its functions. Very Happy

Does anyone know if the article's author is a member here? His name is Steve and the registration in the article pics looks to be from the Netherlands. I'd love to find out who he is and at least thank him...

I don't think you've said which magazine the article was in?

Me too. Wednesday late afternoon. We prolly passed each other Laughing

Did you go to the car show? Land Rover is using several GAP Diagnostic devices on their stand to pump the cars back up w/o having to run the motor. Very Happy
