I've just turned it 180 and it looked like it fitted better at the start but still leaves spare seal Bushy

Try fitting with a hide hammer or similar to ensure it goes RIGHT in to the corners and edges on the seams. .

I've bashed it into place now with a rubber mallet, then washed the car. No leaks so far fingers X'd that may have sorted it out. Bushy
