Will this disc work?

I'm looking for a 2013 map disc and saw this

Not sure, hence why I asked. I thought a DVD player would play a CD but not the other way round.

maybe on a consumer dvd player but i havnt heard of that on the mk4.. ... - .- -.

I've got the 2010 disc but it's only got a 5 digit postcode search and not the later 7 digit version. I think that's all I stand to gain by buying the 2013 disc

On the subject of DVD- how's this work then?

Hard to tell as the vid is so dark, but when he's ejecting the DVD you see that he reaches across the head unit and presses an eject button a second time after the display has opened. Prob a dvd player hacked into a standard head unit in place of the cassette and running into a car PC or similar. There are a number of people who have done things like this - google BMW + carpc. This all runs through the standard TV module as a vid interface (which is why he hits TV in the menu to make the playback appear on the monitor).

Gawd that guy has bad taste in music. Shocked
