I bought a VX220 after the Full Fat - which is quite a change.

I've done the reverse: Wife out... wallet out... Most expensive thing I've ever done but never looked back I went from a CL500>FFRR so def get trumped by a TVR>FFRR but along similar lines |

Is that Saggy in "Candy Apple Red" I seem to remember it was an enormous cost option. Regards

My Sag was (sigh) Red Glow Pearl. The LHD one above looks like Formula Red. The Candy Apple paint option was at monstrous cost and I'm only aware of one painted in it.

I don't particularly care for the Formula Red but the Red Glow Pearl is beautiful and almost identical to C.A.R (which I believe was a 15K option???)

Reminds me of Le Mans this year! On the Friday night Drivers Parade around the town, we got talking to a group of blokes from London who all had VX220's, apart from one who had a Porshe Boxster. What the others had done was to raise the Boxsters rear spoiler and put a sticker on the rear section that read 'I LOVE GAY PORN' and stayed behind him on the journey over, apparently this chap could not understand why so many people were sounding their horns when they passed him! Nobody told him what they had done so it may still be on the car! Pity a new buyer if he ever sells it though!! Last edited by PaulTyrer on 1st Oct 2013 1:55pm. Edited 1 time in total |

Us VX220 owners have a cruel sense of humour! |
