WIPER BLOCKING PROBLEM

I have the same problem as RRPhil had with his wipers blocking, ie. switching off and stopping wherever they happen to be for three minutes. He replaced his wiper relay which was located behind the battery on his 2003 model. I have a 2009 model and can't find a relay behind the battery. Anybody know where the wiper relay that controls the rain sensing is located on this model?
