Looking for suggestions to improve the microphone sound quality of the phone calls made from my FF. I have the gen13 telephone module and I think I have the newest mic module but the sound quality of the calls is terrible according to those I am speaking to. The car is paired to my iphone5 - everything that should work regards car to phone integration is perfect, it's just the call quality that's rubbish. Are there any mods or alternative microphones I could use to improve things? "On first name terms with my local Dealer......now."

Have you tried a different phone? I speak to 3 people regularly in their cars and the call quality with their iPhones is poor. At least it would prove where the fault lies. Previously..

No not tried a different phone (need to dig an old one out as all are iPhones) - I already did the upgraded microphone and not made a lot of difference. I may try a completely different mic and see how that goes. I really don't want to have an add on phone kit as I like the convenience of an integrated system. "On first name terms with my local Dealer......now."

Well I have a Gen 6 ULF and I'm not sure whether I have the upgraded microphone, but my iphone 5 works with no complaints from those I am calling.

Doesn't exactly help I know. Is it every person you call ? 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8
