This seems a bit odd, anyone know what this might be:

The car is in the garage and as usual left in access level for getting dogs and children out. However, the rear near-side corner of the car is sitting about 2 inches lower than the other three - not possibly to get a couple of fingers between the tyre and the arch.

I thought that the access level was the lowest possible level, or has this corner sunk onto the bump-stops?

There are no warning messages and during normal driving seems fine.

Is this bag gone already on a 2010 car?

The car can drop a further 2"+ from access mode to the bump stops... To take up any un-even ground

Ah ha, that would be it there - if looks like its about 2" down.

With 4 weeks left of the warranty that's jolly good timing and I think settles the argument for the extended version!
