Thanks both, the SC ones look nice (as do the plain) just wondered if ref to supercharged on both the tread & lower sill plates might be too much... |

I agree with PLD, reference on one or the other, looks too much otherwise, may as well shove a V8 badge on the front quarter as well 2013 L405 Autobiography Baltic Blue

I think if you have the 5.0 then the Supercharged ones look good under the Autobiography one like Adams |

I also have the Powerful SUPERCHARGED ones and they look great against the silver paintwork.

Agreed. Less is more your in a Range Rover = understated elegance, it's too easy to over do a good thing with too many badges and labels and ruin the effect and end up looking like you have spent all your pocket money in halfords 2021 L405 Vogue SE 4.4 V8 DIESEL ~ #17 |

Thanks all/ Vogue's point noted too. It's a 4.2 SC not a 5.0 (always try to keep cars immaculate but totally original).

Agreed. It's a bit like sometimes you see some numpty with a 5.0 Supercharged and they have 2 badges on the lower right tailgate. The original Autobiography badge, and then they've put a 4.2 derived Supercharged badge there too for good measure. Like we can't see the 2 exhausts... I subscribe to the less is more approach. My lower sills were badly scuffed so I had them repainted and then fitted the Powerful plain brushed covers to stop the same from happening again. Does the job without looking like a chav's chariot. 4.4 TDV8 Vogue Baltic Blue MY11 |

Just got car back from the garage today Stan... Was set on the SC lower sill plate as the original upper tread plate SC badges are so discreet.. both styles look very good... on looking again today at the above powerful image of the brushed plain one, I'm wondering if in the flesh that might look more subtle on the car... Used to be indecisive... Now I'm not so sure... It'll be one of the two styles though! |
