1200km in one day from Holland to Nice and the FFRR was simply faultless. Could have turned round and gone back during the night without sleeping!

When we were in Monaco and Nice last summer we saw some awesome boats, one of them in Monaco did have a pair of matching silver Range Rovers for the owners/guests. Now that's living!

Can't say I'm afraid........ but he does have more than one of these 'toys'.

I deal with a number of International Mega Yacht customers and have enjoyed a cuppa on a few of these things. However, discretion is best when it comes to chatting publicly and he is simply referred to as 'the owner'........

One day I can be invited on an oil supply vessel in Aberdeen harbour and the next week it's a $100M toy in Monaco. It's a tough life you know!!!

To put things in perspective about these boats - if you look at the guys in the chairs of Dragons Den (Theo, Peter, Deborah, Duncan and James), I think they would need to 'club together' in order to buy the boat I was on and then they would be looking to sell it before the year was out!!!  The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom

Yes, She is quite something with a very unusual bow. I was present at the launch in Holland a couple of years ago and it caused quite a stir.

Here is a good shot of the vessel and it gives a better idea of scale. From the bridge, it looks a lot shorter as the helideck is not seen at all.

Wow, I was not expecting that ! that is some boat and as mentioned above the RR looks in perfect company

Just looked at it's fuel capacity, 183,000 litres, and here's me complaining about the cost of filling a FFRR up!

Clearly not as large but just as gorgeous, moored in Palma when I saw her, lovely.
