Wales 2005 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Java Black
No Sound!

Hi every one, I'm new to all this so please bear with me! Got in the car this morning - its a 2005my Vogue - and there was no sound from the radio (yes I did try turning it up!). Tried the CD option and it wouldn't change from radio to CD. The touch screen would beep but the radio selection button would remain orange. Just tried it again now and its fine!!!!! Just want to know if this happens often. Only had it 7 days! Had one before but that was P reg (1975, yes 1975!!!)

When I had my 54 plate touch screen TD6 I would occasionally get this. Had it 6 years and I guess it happened about a dozen times. It always corrected itself if the ignition was turned off for 5 mins. As Stan stated it could be a sign of your battery health not being tip top and for peace of mind its always a good idea to check the rear cubby hole for signs of water.

I also used to suffer an occasional issue where the volume control would not work from the steering wheel, but again this was rare and cured by turning the ignition off for a few mins.
