It was colder than a cold thing on a cold day, heading out was fine, some nice climbs through the glen but freewheeling all the way back left me chilled right through Big Cry

102 miles this week and 45 miles of that was today, a tough 45 miles as I bonked at around 20 miles and had to turn around and come back. Not sure what happened, maybe I didn't fuel properly before going out but I was glad to find a Co-op open and had to buy a banana and some sugary sweets to give me the energy to complete the rest of the ride...Now I feel completely drained Big Cry

Just in after a nice wee 53 mile loop with 3875 feet of elevation on the single speed. Glasgow up the Crow Road over the Campsies and down the Tak Ma Doon Road, this gives me a weekly of 120 miles with 8000 feet of elevation all on the S/S
