I've just got hold of an ex-demo TDV6 which I'm very happy with. However seem to be hitting a bit of a dead end with regard to a reasonable price to fit a towbar. The dealer telling me my only option to have a towbar without invalidating my warranty is either:

1) Fixed - £1140
2) Electric - £2454

Are there any alternative options? Ideally I want to be able to remove the towbar when not in use, but versus a configurator cost of £810 struggling to see the value at £2454......

You can download the fitting instructions. They look quite detailed. This is for a fixed bar also lst the electrics.

Even with fitting gotta be less than £850.
