Surely using a rear view camera with tv in motion to look at what your towing is the same as using the venture cam doing the same. |

yes, but then I'd imagine its "information" like a sat nav screen, so is within the law.

But it's OK to fiddle about getting a pack of fags out, lighting one up, holding something burning in your hands whilst driving, messing with the stereo, sat nav, heater controls and talking to any passengers etc etc. Discovery 4 HSE
