Possibly.....but more likely you have a leak somewhere.Stick on Off Road height and do the soapy water or listening test.
You may need to put your back to the wheelarch and lift with your legs to get airbag up a bit more for leak to show itself.
If you eliminate the bags then you will next need to look at the cross over valves (behind inner wings) and reservoir (under cover) for leaks on connections, then to the compressor. .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember
