thinking of moving up

hi guys iam a member of the rrs forum i currently own a 2006 rrs but thinking of moving up to a my2010 ff ive never driven one of these but ive heard the ride is abit wishy washy so to speak also are there as many problems with these as with the sport ive owned the sport for 5 years and only put 30000 miles on it its more of a wknd car so the new car will be for the same purpose any things to look out for thanks for any replies craig

The ride is much better than a Sport but the handling isn't as sharp.

Build quality, though, will be much better compared to your '06 Sport.

Why ae you looking to move up to a FF? Which model are you after, old chap? Petrol or diesel? Si. <This is my name.

thanks for the replies guys looks like il have to go and test drive one i will be looking to get the diesel model but unsure as to what engine sizes these come in in the my2010 i think 3.6 is enough power for what i use the car for

TBH i would do what Adam(RRUK) has just done and get a 5.0SC.

For your miles it wouldn't make much difference in running costs and you'll get a newer lower mileage example for the same money. FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

2010 was a change over from 3.6 to 4.4 Tdv8, 4.4 has the rising gear knob / dial.
The 4.4 tdv8 is worth paying extra for, more power,torque & 8 speed.
