My dad put his 2012 4.4tdv8 Westminster in for its first service.
£500 quoted, got it down to £400.

When it returned I noticed the coolant was below min, service manager said that the service doesn't include checking levels!
£400 just for an oil change and not check the levels, I've also found corrosion on the tailgate glass rubber side trims.

Poor customer service with an attitude.
So try Conway land rover next maybe?

Last time I got into the car it had oil on the seat arm rest and centre console. Wonderful.

they're a grumpy bunch... thought the change of ownership might have helped!

conwy lr were at the nantwich show; great lot friendly and currently have a rather smart S/C facelift car with low miles on it...

2 of the younger lads there are ok I feel they want to do more to help but aren't allowed. I should have gone across the road to VW!
