What gearbox?

Hi all, I'm wanting to know what gearbox is fitted to the 3.6TDV8 model from around 2008/09.
Is this the same ZF box as fitted to E60 BMW models.........as in the 1 with the plastic sump that warps and leaks over time?
With the gearbox, what is the model code and is this the 1 and only box fitted or are there variations with build dates?
