thats a greats find, did you do any prep with the bit you are spraying? ie rubdown etc or did you just give a god spray?

the spray is quite good at covering but i did flat out the chips and gave the area a quick coat and let it dry then coat the whole trim. V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

Do you know what I can’t remember their name, just a blank white tin with the details I supplied, I think someone from here gave me a link and it followed on from there. it seems to be a bit of a unique finish for land rover as I have not seen it on anything else, not sure if there is copy writes on finishes but from memory he seemed to keep calling it a custom finish rather then land rover foundry grey, any way it is close as you will ever get, I tried a few paints but it’s the course metallic flake that hard to get , I tried textured paint and then went over with the foundry grey colour but you just end up with a course orange peel effect but this is bang on and the best thing there is no reaction with the original coating...

i think it worked out aroud £14.00 for a ready to spray tin...i paid about £60 for two tins with the matching cost, thats a one of charge and now its done you have the paint code and supplier V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels. 1976 Harley Davidson Iron Head Sportster |
