I am having a frustrating experience trying to obtain the build list for a supercharged 5.0 RR I am considering. Firstly I tried the trusty vindecoderz.com but to no avail (basic info but no build list???). I then tried LR customer services to be told that unless I can prove ownership that information cannot be given under the new data protection laws!!! I suspect this information could be obtained by a main dealer, but I don't know one well enough to ask.
I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

You need to register, then enter your VIN.

Once you've done that , look for
Vehicle Summary
then
View all vehicle details

A pop up appears called TOPIx Vehicle Summary
then click on the tab
Minor Features
there you will see all options fitted, trim colours and all sorts even the brand of tyres fitted at delivery.

Tried that, registered successfully logged in with my VIN got to Minor Features and there is nothing there

btw, that data protection stuff is - new data protection law (Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR) is about protecting the identity of a person or persons, not the identity of a car !!  .
