hello all just a quick question is there anything untoward in changing the rear brake pads on a 2005 TD6 or are the like most cars and require the piston screwing back in cheers

The handbrake is a drum inside the disc, so the calipers work the same as front ones, just use a G clamp to push the piston back... easy peasy...

I'd check the handbrake shoes as well, they tend to delaminate over time and can get stuck in the drum and overheat...

Plus the shoes are secured to the backplate and it tends to rust out....  Pete
