Well looks like I'll be going to AJR on future too as I had a poor experience at Stratstones Bury.

Dropped the car off for a service at an agreed price and all the work was completed by 3pm. Came back to collect the car and first of all, they advised that the upper and lower near side ballpoints had excessive play notwithstanding the vehicle had been MOTed two weeks prior and didn't receive anything as much as an advisory. They kindly said they could do this for £400.

The worst thing was that as I was diving home along the motorway, the bonnet was vibrating and it was clear that they hasn't the bonnet properly. I had to pull over onto the hard shoulder and close the bonnet properly. I'm not happy that such a schoolboy error was made!
