Couldn't you get the service done at the main dealer for the 'Full LRSH' stamp and get the MOT, discs and pads done at a cheaper specialist?

Sure, it's more ag, but it could save you the price of a good shag. Si. <This is my name.

My specialist did the disks and pads in the front for about £230 inclusive and the main stealer charged me £510 for the 7 year service. 2011 Stornaway Grey 5.0SC Autobiography

Just serviced the Viano today, new pads and discs all round plus oil and filter, 2 front tyres and MOT tomorrow Big Cry

I called MB Parts Dept for the price of front and rear pads and discs and was told £273.23 total, I said they were only £205.25 at ECP so MB came down to £234.19...Not a bad price for OE pads and discs I thought so bought them from MB.

Only problem I will have now is getting the brakes to work efficiently before tomorrows MOT Shocked

Booked in for its service and MOT on Tuesday , maybe thinking of getting them to change the gearbox oil ..... Only problem it won't be a main dealer doing it so not 100% sure it's the right thing to do Rolling Eyes
